Litter Part 2

Did a state senator from Missouri read my earlier blog entry? In a recent senate session, Sen. Kevin Engler proposed that littering be an offense punishable by death. Hmmm...not sure they should go that far. Maybe if we just put them in the stocks. I tried to post the video clip, but I'm not smart enough to do that.
