That sounds yummy - do you think it might work with chard as well? I'm going to split a food share at Sweetwater Farms with some friends this year, and I expect to end up with plenty of chard and kale.
Wanda, I've made it with swiss chard and it's good. I've also made it with the Asian green tatsoi.
Thanks for sharing the recipe with me. I was surprised by how tasty it was.
