I love Yes Magazine's article about improving health without a gym. Go here to get the tips. And here's more about laughter as the best medicine:

~A place to find my way in the world~

Cherie, nine steps to a better life without a gym is a great article. I'm pretty much in tune with eight of the steps, but the massage? Eeeeh, not so much. I gave my wife thousands of massages and she would have reciprocated but I just didn't really like getting one. I must be broken. I would tolerated it on occasion but it really didn't make me feel better. I know touch is one of the things that humans crave and it wasn't the touching that bothered me. I'm still not sure of what that's all about. So laughing, aging, working with friends even in retirement, eating right, community in the neighborhood, sleeping until I naturally wake up, keeping toxic chemicals in the house to a minimum, and splashing around plenty of hope are on my daily schedule. I fully intend to transition from this world to the next with a long unfinished ToDo list. It won't be because I'm not working on the list but it will be because I'm still adding to the list every day.
Have a great life improving day.
John Cleese & laughter & yoga!
