HAHAHA! My neighbor let me know that he was going to have a bonfire to burn all the palates he had collected for gardening projects that never happened (and indirectly letting me know he had intentions of cleaning up his backyard that I look at out my kitchen window). I asked him if I could add the couple palates I had rotting behind the shed I had intended for projects I will never complete. Yep.
Shona - great story! We have a stack of pallets that was given to us a couple of years ago - and there they sit. I think you need to be a carpenter do really do them justice. We'll probably have a bonfire one day too. :)
