Wellness Wednesday
Today's post is brief - and probably not news to a lot of people. But I still think it's important to share the fact that scientists have proven that the brain can be retrained to prefer healthy food over processed food. Just as we weren't born craving Big Macs and had to learn to like them, we can untrain our brains to get off the Standard American Diet and learn to enjoy health whole foods.
