My thoughts as I read this infographic: Christians celebrate Easter by purchasing chocolate harvested by child slaves. And I worry about the approximately one-third of American children who are classified as obese. With such serious problems, should I be criticized for spoiling everyone's "fun"?

I'm with ya. Not a Christian myself so the holiday for me just means more quiet time in the 'hood while everyone else is out at brunch. Being a retired chocolatier, I've always been grossed out by the flavor of cheap chocolate and the working conditions are horrendous for the sake of bad food. Good environment = good flavor, whether it's chocolate or eggs or fresh produce, ya know?
